Marketing Automation Specialist (CRM Architect) Joining our team as the Marketing Automation Specialist you will take a lead role in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) architecture to streamline and optimize marketing efforts for Stratum shareholders / clients.
You’ll use your expertise in marketing automation platforms to deliver the strategy, design and execution of targeted campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement and maximize conversions.
From creating automated workflows and developing the if this than that CRM algorithms to personalized customer journeys, your skills will help deliver relevant and timely messaging across various channels.
Primary Responsibilities : Core CRM architecture strategy including appropriate algorithm design Set up and configure marketing automation platforms Monitor, track and analyze the performance and effectiveness of campaign automation Design standardized templates Create unique patient journey maps Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient use of the platform, data and best practices Work with existing marketing platforms to ensure efficient delivery of campaigns and improve workflows Offer training and strengthen experience / capabilities of internal team members Preparation of resource infrastructure to establish a dedicated CRM / automation team Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing automation Strong Knowledge of email marketing and automation best practices Extensive experience setting up / configuring marketing automation platforms is necessary Advance proficiency in Salesforce is required Experience with optimizing Dynamics 365 and / or other CRM systems highly desired Powered by JazzHR
