Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the radiology department including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and departmental efficiency.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective imaging services.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Radiologic Technology Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Significant experience in radiology and leadership roles.
