Position : Field Operations Manager
Overview : The Field Operations Manager oversees a team of field technicians engaged in cleaning and maintenance services, including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and construction cleaning.
This role ensures efficient project execution, high-quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage the team to create a collaborative, results-focused environment. Assign tasks and schedule technicians for optimal resource utilization.
- Project Coordination : Prioritize and coordinate cleaning and maintenance projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Quality Assurance : Uphold high-quality service standards, conduct regular inspections, and verify that work meets client and company expectations.
- Resource Management : Oversee inventory of equipment and supplies to ensure the team has the necessary tools.
- Client Communication : Serve as the primary client contact, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Safety and Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and ensure all technicians are trained in safety procedures to comply with regulations.
- Reporting and Documentation : Maintain accurate project records and generate reports to track key performance indicators.
Work Environment : Primarily field-based, with some flexibility in hours to accommodate project needs.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Comfortable with using computer programs for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
