What you'll do :

What we are looking for :

• Work with business stakeholders to understand, define, and / or improve business process and system flows for Oracle Cloud.
• Support solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features and collaborating with IT developers, vendors, and implementation team.
• Work as a functional SME working closely with business on understanding their needs and providing solutions working with technical team.
• Create and maintain system architecture, data flow and other technical artifacts working closely with domain architects and other technology teams for existing and new solutions being implemented.
• Participate in the Change Management process for the applications.
• Provide training to end users and / or other IT personnel.
• Ability to review current documentation for the applications and update as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand overlaps of teams and applications.
• Involved with support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions, and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required.
• Ability to write functional specification documents pertaining to Oracle Cloud ERP Finance tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in IT or finance / accounting directly using Oracle Cloud ERP
• Sound knowledge of core Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules AP, Expenses, AHCS, GL, FA, AR, Advanced Collections
• 4+ years’ experience working with design and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP financial modules and EPM.
• Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurations using ADO.
• Good communication skills with any type of audience, internal (all levels) / external (to include vendors Sales / Technology)
• Experience in Lucid chart, Confluence, ADO.
• Understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentation

Other Requirements

• Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes
• Hands on software development and / or implementation experience preferred.
• Experience with writing test cases and performing UAT.
• Experience of Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred
• 4+ years of experience writing functional and / or technical requirements for software implementations.
• Familiar with Active Directory, Security Groups and Service Accounts
• MS Azure and other cloud experience preferred.
