Human Resources Coordinator*
Job Description

Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll utilizing ADP Workforce Now.
Manage timekeeping
Benefit administration
Work with HR, accounting, and finance to ensure accurate employee data
Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee inquiries related to payroll matters. Generate payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.
Strict adherence to internal company policies
Requirements
HS Diploma or GED required. BS in HR, Business or related a plus.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll processing and HRIS systems : ADP Workforce Now. / ADP WFN preferred.
Understanding of payroll procedures, ( Fed / State / Local payroll laws) , taxes, and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of employees
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
