We’re looking for a detail-driven Pricing Data Specialist to take charge of pricing activities within the Dynamics 365 ERP system, managing item, tier, and customer-specific pricing, along with limited-time offers, discounts, and promotions.

In this role, you'll ensure data accuracy while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to tackle pricing challenges and drive initiatives that support our business goals.

In This Role

• Maintain, update, and manage all pricing records, including item, tier, and customer-specific pricing, within Dynamics 365 to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Oversee the setup, monitoring, and expiration of limited-time offers (LTOs), discounts, promotions, and coupons, ensuring alignment with business requirements and proper functionality in the ERP system
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to address pricing and master data challenges, support business initiatives, and provide insights for pricing and promotional strategies
• Develop and implement data quality standards, policies, and procedures to uphold data integrity for item and pricing data, conducting regular audits to address inconsistencies
• Design and implement automated processes, reports, and workflows for data maintenance using tools such as SQL Server and Power BI, including regular data uploads into the ERP system
• Troubleshoot pricing-related issues within the ERP system, escalate as needed, and participate in system upgrades to enhance pricing functionality and optimize processes
• Serve as a subject matter expert on pricing management within Dynamics 365, offering guidance and support to colleagues
• Contribute to the development and refinement of pricing strategies and data management processes that align with business goals

The Ideal Person

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field required
• Proven experience with pricing administration or data management in an ERP system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting is required
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation; experience with Power BI is a plus
• Understanding of pricing strategies and their impact on business objectives
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
