job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop business strategies to expand customer base and increase profitability Achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction Handle customer issues and complaints Conduct initial consultations and site assessments Prepare and present proposals professionally Manage customer interactions from start to finish Oversee project installations and maintain strong customer relations Assist with snow and ice management operations as needed Valid Driver's License Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends Flexibility in scheduling to meet project demands Salary : $65,000 - $120,000 per year Commission-based bonuses Paid time off Fuel reimbursement Performance and annual bonuses 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed Must relocate to Anchorage, AK before starting work Driver's License (Required)

We are seeking a Lead Construction Sales Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or estimating, preferably within the landscaping industry. This role involves estimating medium to large residential projects, managing client relationships, and promoting our services to commercial clients year-round.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales or estimating
- 5+ years in sales or construction management
- Proficient with PCs and software; CRM experience preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping and construction materials is a plus
