What You'll Do
Patrol hotel premises and respond to incidents and requests
Monitor surveillance cameras and access points
Enforce hotel policies, maintain order, and address disturbances
Respond to and document accidents, safety hazards, and security breaches
Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests
Investigate suspicious activity and trespassing
Cooperate with local authorities regarding security matters
Perform security checks and maintain records
Qualifications
Must be able to work Thursday, Friday, & Saturday from 6pm-2am
Previous security experience in hospitality preferred
Knowledge of incident response protocols
Strong communication, reporting, and customer service skills
Ability to stand / walk for long periods and work varied shifts
De-escalation, self-defense, and restraint tactics a plus
Professional appearance and integrity are crucial
