JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking an experienced Demolition Superintendent to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Demolition Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day demolition operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires close coordination with Estimators, Project Managers, and team members to ensure the efficient execution of all demolition activities while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage all demolition site activities, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervise and coordinate with demolition crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations, including OSHA and other relevant standards.
  • Monitor project schedules, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery of demolition services.
  • Work closely with Estimators and Project Managers to plan and execute projects in alignment with budgets and project specifications.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during demolition activities.
  • Conduct regular on-site evaluations to assess progress and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.
  • Provide regular updates to Project Managers and senior leadership on project status, safety compliance, and timeline adherence.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in demolition project management and supervision.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards in demolition.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications in demolition or construction-related fields (OSHA, HAZWOPER) are a plus.
  • Degree or equivalent work experience in construction management , civil engineering , or a related field.
