Key ResponsibilitiesSupport reporting needs across all HR functions and troubleshoot existing reportsPrepare data for analysis, create metrics and analytics, and maintain regular reportingConsult with HR stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations for HR policies and initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, or related fieldMaster's degree in industrial / organizational psychology preferredOne year or more of experience in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Office, including ExcelExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Excel Pivot Table requiredOne year or more of experience creating Workday Custom Reports and Calculated Fields
