The Innovation Project Manager oversees the innovation initiatives across Marmon Crane Services. We are seeking a detailed-oriented, creative minded individual who has experience managing multiple projects with varying timelines.
They will be responsible for overseeing innovation projects from start to finish.
- Responsible for the planning, procurement, and execution of innovation projects.
- Act as a thought partner to MCS leaders to shape early-stage innovation opportunities into concrete projects.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to align project plans, priorities, execution and delivery of highly technical initiatives.
- Manage, plan and track resources, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous projects.
- Anticipate and plan for future needs and challenges around timelines, workflow changes and program deliverables.
- Availability to travel 20% of the time.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Brings 8+ years of practical experience in the crane industry.
- Has a track record for successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
- Can navigate through degrees of ambiguity and translate strategic opportunities into tangible next steps.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment and possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity.
- Can communicate effectively and inclusively across cultures, creative, and technical teams.
- Is effective at giving honest and direct feedback.
