Position Overview : As a Production Control Planner , you will be at the heart of our production process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and analyzing production activities to ensure on-time delivery and target achievement.

You'll work closely with our manufacturing team to address any scheduling issues and implement process improvements that keep us ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities :

• Plans and schedules work through the various manufacturing departments to meet on time delivery schedule and target commitments.
• Analyzes and prepares work order packages based on master production schedule and inventory requirements and releases them for production.
• Provides detailed status of work in progress, material availability, and communicates constraints to schedule
• Interacts with shop floor supervisors and quality control on a daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information regarding work order status.
• Produces reports to accurately reflect the status of work.
• Reviews manufacturing process daily to keep order schedules up to date.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer / Safety Director

Qualifications :

• Minimum Associates degree. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or similar discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in production control or purchasing with manufacturing resource planning required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word and familiarity with Oracle or an ERP system is required.
• Strong professionalism, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be detail oriented, possess eagerness to learn, and have a technical aptitude and ability to work with procurement and production teams.
