Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Mathematical Scientist in Washington, DC.

Position Responsibilities :
- Apply standardized mathematical formulas, principles, and methodology to technological problems in engineering and physical sciences in relation to specific industrial and research objectives, processes, equipment, and products.
- Provide analytical rigor, tools, processes, and policy to identify, evaluate, measure efficiencies and provide decision makers with sound, scientific, and quantitative basis for making decisions.
- Use operations research methods and mathematical techniques to analyze acquisition problems, develop techniques in applied mathematics, and complete analytical studies.
- Conduct analytical investigations, develop analysis methods and techniques, act as management consultant, and manage mathematical operations relating to acquisition.
- Document and communicate the results of work along with recommendations for staff actions and summaries.
- Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions.
- May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products.
- May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
- Apply intensive and diverse knowledge to problems and make independent decisions.
Position Requirements :
- MA / MS degree in a mathematical science field (Including Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science).
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years additional work experience relevant to labor category’s functional description may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- Over ten (10) years’ experience performing work related to Mathematical Science.
This position is located in Washington, DC.
