- Assist clients with claims processes and policy modifications

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Experience :
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
