- Responsibilities * - Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs - Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve mobility and relieve pain - Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and care techniques - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care *Skills * - Proficiency in hospital-based physical therapy practices - Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge - Experience in acute care, pediatrics, and outpatient settings - Ability to provide compassionate patient care - Knowledge of hospital medicine and home community care
