Hours : Sunday Saturday, varied hours

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to :
- Make lasting connections with our customers
- Prepare the store by keeping floors clean, carts in the store and lending a helping hand where needed
- Problem solve customer or employee questions and / or concerns
- Perform bagging and carry out for customers, as requested
- Create and manage a weekly work schedule for employees
- Train and develop clean team / courtesy employees
- Help maintain a clean and safe store
- Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department
Jerry’s would love to see an individual who :
- Is friendly and outgoing and promotes customer service for the entire team
- Is familiar with operating a quick cart and able to train other employees on proper use
- Understands and utilizes personal protective devices (chemical resistant gloves, safety glasses / goggles, rubber over boots, chemical splash goggles) as instructed
- Has custodial experience (2-3 years preferred)
