ViaQuest offers quality, highly personalized, specialized and cost-effective care, solutions and services through Hospice, Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions, Day & Employment Services, and Residential Services.

Responsibilities May Include :

• Assisting facilities / referral sources with administrative duties including consenting patients for services.
• Presenting information about our services to groups and individuals.
• Visiting with facilities, establishing meetings, attending conferences / marketing events, distributing company literature and developing relationships in the community.
• Tracking referral data and outcomes.
• Tracking and following up with referral sources and patients to ensure quality services are being delivered.
• Collaborate with internal teams to market current and new programs.
• Coordinate company promotional activities with ViaQuest Marketing Department.
• Respond to questions, complaints, and inquiries from families, referral sources and community providers as appropriate.
• Research opportunities to exhibit and promote services directly.
