Key Responsibilities
Oversee payroll processing for US and UK employees and international contractors, coordinating with vendors
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain accurate documentation for audits and controls
Support payroll-related inquiries and manage process improvements for efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with strong knowledge of U.S. payroll and U.K. payroll / pension processing
Working knowledge of U.S. and U.K. tax and labor regulations
Experience in a rapidly scaling international organization
Proficiency in data management platforms and payroll compliance
Experience with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
