Machine Learning Scientist II Cheminformatics

In this role, you'll be a vital part of a dynamic R&D team, connecting scientists in medicinal and computational chemistry.
Utilizing your ML and deep learning expertise (GNN, geometric deep learning, diffusion models, LLM), you'll extract insights from diverse data.
Your established technical skills will contribute to enterprise-scale solutions, advancing our understanding of drug discovery.
Your role includes designing and delivering models and tools for extracting groundbreaking insights.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or master’s degree and above with 4 years of relevant work experience
- Expertise in ML / deep learning, cheminformatics, and solution architecture development and deployment
- Familiarity with computer systems, Linux servers, bash scripting, Python AWS / loud computing, and ML frameworks
- Experience building and maintaining software systems using version control tools
