Join our team as a Part Time Table Games Dealer in a fun, fast-paced environment with room to grow! The P / T Table Game Dealer conducts table games with precision and adherence to company policy, ensuring accurate chip issuance, proper payouts, game integrity, and exceptional guest service.
Starting wage is $16.28 / hr plus toke. This part-time position features excellent employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits.
Job Functions :
- Conducts various table games in line with department procedures and game-specific manuals.
- Handles customer transactions efficiently for buy-ins and payoffs.
- Verifies fills and credits to the game, ensuring accuracy.
- Notifies the Table Games Floor Supervisor of any irregularities in customer play or other transactions during the shift.
- Upholds and maintains Puyallup Casino’s high standards for exceptional guest service.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Education :
- High School Diploma of GED equivalent is required
- Satisfactory completion of dealer’s training school or Casino approved equivalent
Experience & Requirements :
- Must deal at least two of the three major games (blackjack, roulette, and craps).
- Good math skills, good dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and implement tasks given
Physical Requirements :
- Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- Must have good manual and finger dexterity
- Must have good hand and eye coordination
- Must be able to bend, reach and squat
- Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Must have the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
Additional Requirements :
Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
Must be able to pass an illegal drug screening and thorough background check for a IIIA license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
