HR Administrator - Ashford, Kent (This role is office based but there is flexibility to work from home on occasions)

Salary : £23,338 - £24,646 & 28 days annual leave.

Hours : 37 hours per week Monday to Friday

DUTIES WITHIN THIS ROLE

• Dealing with HR related queries
• Responsible for the recruitment & selection process
• Responsible for the processing of leavers
• Ad hoc support with low complexity ER cases when needed
• Ensure all relevant HR systems are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
• General office administration and assisting with the day-to-day HR functions and duties and ad hoc reception cover

ABOUT YOU

• Experience of working in a HR or recruitment role / department
• Knowledge of HR functions
• CIPD level 3 or willingness to work towards
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure with good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
