As the Information Specialist - PRN , you will :
- As the first point of contact for community members engaging Suburban Hospital, this person must represent the hospital with a friendly, helpful, and positive attitude.
- Responsible for answering and processing calls that come into the hospital.
- Responsible for providing continuous telecommunications and safety monitoring support for the hospital.
Location : Bethesda, MD
PRN status - weekends rotating shift 7 : 30am-3 : 30pm or 3 : 30pm-11pm to and flexible to help during evening shift coverage Monday - Friday as needed.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / PREFERENCES :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- College coursework in business management or healthcare field desirable.
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS :
Allied health and / or customer service background preferred.
Salary Range : Minimum $18.50 per hour - Maximum $18.50 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
