Position Summary
Supervises all activities relating to the Instrument Room, sterile processing and instrument tray assembly.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education : High School graduate or equivalent. IAHCSMM Certification required. Graduate of Accredited School of Surgical Technology preferred.
Minimum Experience : Five (5) years experience as an OR surgical or certified instrument technician is required. Math skills required.
Two (2) years supervisory experience required. Certification / Licensure : Certification from accredited school of Surgical Technology.
Within two (2) years must successfully complete the IAHCSMM Certification course and pass the certification exam.
