EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree (or four years' experience equivalent to graduation with a bachelor's degree) in a related field
A Certificate of Purchasing Management (C.P.M.) issued by the National Association of Purchasing Management (NAPM) may be accepted in lieu of two years of college education.
EXPERIENCE :
Six years of experience in a responsible capacity in material, supply, and equipment procurement, including a minimum of three years with supervisory responsibilities.
Experience in a school district or public agency is desired.
LICENSE :
Possess a valid California Driver License.
