We seek a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate, Account Management / Business Development.
You will play a crucial role in advancing our mission of promoting accessibility and inclusion across various industries.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing an account pipeline, managing key accounts, and driving growth and impact for our organization.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations include the following :
- Respond to and manage RFP responses for large state or corporate entities
- Develop sales and new business development presentations that effectively convey offerings, value propositions and demonstrate client needs.
- Develop and execute engagement models and account management strategies.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, including corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies.
- Nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize collaboration and extend the Perkins brand for impact and sustainability.
- Run successful and targeted strategy discovery sessions and workshops
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align revenue and account objectives with the organization's mission and goals.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent the organization at conferences, events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and cultivate new partnerships.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials to support partnership initiatives.

- Knowledge of Salesforce, presentation tools (Adobe, Canva, Powerpoint), LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
Education and / or Experience
- MBA with relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 2-3 years of management consulting experience with a proven track record of growth.
