Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily housing community under the supervision of the Regional Supervisor. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels at staff management, resident relations, budgeting, and maintaining a high-performing property.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management.
- Recruit, train, and coach on-site staff to achieve company standards.
- Develop and manage operating budgets, control expenses, and drive occupancy to achieve NOI goals.
- Ensure accurate rent collection, reporting, and vendor invoice processing.
- Oversee leasing performance, resident satisfaction, and retention programs.
- Conduct property inspections to maintain curb appeal and operational excellence.
- Uphold compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
