Senior ServiceNow Developer

Selected candidate must reside within two (2) hours of ClientHeadquarters in WoodlawnMD

PositionDescription

• Serveas the Senior ServiceNow developer responsible for implementingCAM / IRM solution design using best industrypractices.
• Facilitaterequirements gathering and documentrequirements.
• Designand develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to includenew or modifications to applications forms flow workflow UIpolicies UI actions Business Rules ACLs UI Builder and any otherconfigurations required to support clientprocesses.
• Translaterequirements / stories and mockups into fully functional features byworking closely with the team lead.

Develop JavaScriptserver / clientcode.

• Createand use update sets and XMLs to move customer configuration anddata between environments using agilemethodologies.
• Provideadvanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety ofdifficult software problems implementing bug fixes and performingroot causeanalysis.
• Participatein discovery sessions and process definitions with team lead andotherdevelopers.
• Leadefforts and provide guidance in requirements gathering anddeveloping / documenting processworkflows.

• SolidServiceNow Continuous Authorization and Monitoring / IntegratedRisk Management (CAM / IRM) Implementation Development experience.

• 5years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNowusing data loads transform maps and transformscripts.
• 5years of experience developing ServiceNow CAM / IRM (ContinuousAuthorization and Monitoring / Integrated Risk Management) modulesincluding good understanding of NIST Risk Management Framework Riskand Audit processes inServiceNow.
