About Us : At Perry Home we specialize in selling newly constructed homes and guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing.
With a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we're known for our exceptional homes and personalized service.
What You'll Do :
- Engage with prospective buyers to conduct interviews and make compelling sales presentations.
- Market your community to Realtors, prospects, and area businesses using multiple methods, including personal visits to locations outside the community.
- Provide tours of communities and available properties, highlighting unique features and amenities.
- Manage contract processes, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time.
- Facilitate communication between clients, mortgage companies, and title companies to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Realtors and other industry professionals.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitors' offerings.
- Manage inventory homes, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for buyer walk-throughs.
What We're Looking For :
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of the Florida real estate market is a plus.
- Florida Real Estate Brokers License a plus
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
