As a Security Officer - Retail Mall Patrol Team in New York, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal in a retail or mall location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. By providing outstanding customer service and clear communication, you will help create a welcoming environment for everyone. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
