Job Overview : Responsible for performing advanced, diversified and confidential administrative and support duties for gaming, hospitality, and retail functions.
- This position will be responsible for high-level matter management, including assisting the Deputy General Legal Counsel in receiving, delegating, prioritizing, and monitoring legal tasks;
- assisting with governance tasks, including Board minutes, resolutions, and presentations; conducting independent research and analysis;
and performing special projects. This position will also provide general administrative support such as responding to legal inquiries and correspondence and filing legal documents.

Job Requirements :
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job :
- 2-5 years' experience.
- Any combination of post-secondary education with legal support, administrative support or related field and / or related experience required.
- Ability to type 60 words per minute.
- Proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, database, electronic mail software.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common legal documents.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form with all levels of management.
