We have successfully launched, fully operating and seeking a Wellness Advocate to add to our team.
The Wellness Coordinator / Member Advocate plays a critical role in communicating (written and through virtual video calls) with each of their assigned members daily providing intelligently thought out motivation and encouragement, and ensuring they stay on track with the methodology (including nutritional, recovery and training guidance).
This is a key role that requires being one step ahead of the member and our team to ensure an exceptional experience and follow-through for the member.

Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring the member receives an elite, concierge level of service from our entire team
- Daily high-level communication and responsiveness to our members world-wide
- Accurate scheduling
- Interacting, coordinating, and collaborating with a team of medical and performance coach professionals
- Onboarding new members, guiding them throughout their journey
- Collaborating on and leading team projects
- Data entry, data protection
- Analyzing and delivering customized health and performance reports
- Responsibilities of this position may evolve as the business grows
