JobDescription :

• Responsiblefor handling Level 1 and Level 2 analysis trouble shooting andresolution.
• Responsiblefor handling productqueries.
• Handlingall the communication related to the assigned customeraccounts.
• Coordinatingthe issues internally and with outsourced partners serviceproviders (ISPs ILD / NLD carriers) and onsiteteams.
• Responsiblefor maintaining and making available uptodate contact informationsupported product lists technical information regarding productstroubleshooting information all known fault handling informationand other information of generaluse.
• Tointerface with customer for all CSRs internal andexternal.
• EmergencyCSR handling on a 24 / 7 service level with on callsupport.
• Implementworkarounds to limit customer downtime. Subsequently followup andensure implementation of permanentsolution.
• Participateor organize Technical Call Bridge to address technical diagnostics& collaboration with customers andpartners.
• Maintainall the connectivity and account details from a support perspectiveto provide efficientsupport.
