As the Plant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success :
- You'll establish production priorities, ensure we meet quality and safety standards, and leverage continuous improvement initiatives to keep us ahead of the curve.
- You'll also play a key role in developing and motivating our team of managers, supervisors, and staff, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency while fostering a strong company culture.
- Manage all areas of plant operations, including administration, production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
- Establish production priorities to optimize workforce and equipment utilization.
- Analyze production reports to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, and productivity.
- Oversee budgeting, including capital and expense projects.
- Lead corporate, customer, and government audits to ensure compliance.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development for management and staff.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
