We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Store Director (SD) at our Brockton location. This is a key leadership role that aims to drive store sales, provide excellent customer service, and establish a solid community presence.

Job Qualifications :
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in management positions in retail store settings, preferably Grocery Stores, Supermarkets.
- Required to be proficient in English and a second language (Spanish / Portuguese).
- Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft 365 package
- Organizational Skills, Multitasking Skills, and a sense of urgency
Job Responsibilities :
As the Store Director, your responsibilities would include :
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Supermarket.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
- Establishing a strong local presence by supporting community activities and initiatives.
- Maintaining high store standards and conditions and fostering a positive environment.
- Ensuring customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
- Ensuring all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
- Managing and building a strong pool of employees, taking ownership, and managing accountability.
- Supervising and mentoring the middle management / leaders to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Coordinating with different departments to streamline processes.
- Overseeing the department leads in ordering, inventory management, margin control, and ensuring cleanliness and safety within their departments.
