Responsibilities :

• Providenutrition services emphasizing education and behavior change atcommunity center location.
• Conductnutritional assessments and offer recommendations to meet facilityrequirements.
• Document assessmentsand interventions in medicalrecords.
• Educate patients and / orfamily members on nutritionalneeds.
• Collaborate ininterdisciplinary meetings and provide staff education asneeded.
• Adhere to facility policiesand procedures maintaining confidentiality and respecting patientrights.

Requirements :

• Commissionon Dietetic Registration (CDR)registration.
• Minimum 1 year ofclinical experiencepreferred.
• Strong oral and writtencommunication skills.
• Familiaritywith electronic chartingsystems.

Requirements

Bachelors degree with major studies in food and nutrition. Currentstate licensure / certification, if required by state. Currentregistration by the Commission on Dietetics Registration.

One (1)year of work experience in a facility setting with clinicalresponsibilities or equivalent. Experience providing generalnutrition education (IE weight loss, weight gain) RD NutritionConsultants, LLC is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Consultingfirm that provides Dietitians to health care facilities throughoutthe United States.
