Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help ourguests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at itsfinest.

Specific responsibilities of a spa attendant include :

• Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
• Attending to the Reception Desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers
• Gathering used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and / or treatment rooms
• Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
• Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements
• Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
• Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening / closing procedures
• Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs
• Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests

This is a part time position, working weekdays &weekends. Weekends are required. 6 : 00am and 9 : 30pm.

Skills / Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Must be able to obtain Bartending License upon hire
• Prior computer experience helpful
• Customer service related experience required

The hourly pay range for this position is $ + tips / gratuity . The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
