Job Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing School Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in the field of manufacturing to students enrolled in our school.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct engaging and informative classroom lectures on manufacturing principles, techniques, and processes.

2. Develop and update curriculum materials to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards.

3. Provide hands-on training in the operation of manufacturing equipment, fostering practical skills development among students.

4. Assess and evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and practical demonstrations.

5. Offer guidance and mentorship to students, supporting their academic and career development.

6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements to incorporate relevant content into the curriculum.

7. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall learning experience for students.

8. Maintain a safe and organized learning environment, emphasizing adherence to safety protocols.

9. Participate in professional development activities to continuously improve instructional methods.

Qualifications :

1. Proven experience in manufacturing processes and equipment operation.

2. Teaching or training experience in an academic or industrial setting.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

5. Familiarity with curriculum development and instructional design.

6. Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
