Job Title : Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be integral to our production team by ensuring all production maintenance is conducted efficiently.
This includes product quality control, line maintenance, and machinery and equipment repairs. Your mechanical expertise will be crucial in determining work methods and procedures to produce quality products.
You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical malfunctions on high-speed production machinery and will be involved in routine preventive maintenance checks.
Additionally, you will train, observe, and coach other employees, ensuring operational excellence and safety.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in MEMPHIS, Tennessee.
Work Environment
This role requires working on the 3rd shift from 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays. Initial training will be conducted on the day shift from 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM for approximately 2 weeks.
The work attire includes steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, and appropriate work clothing.
