The Email Marketing Specialist supports our day-to-day Marketing activities and plays a crucial role in executing our email marketing strategy.
This role focuses on managing our email marketing channel and will be responsible for building out new automated email programs, geared towards increasing client engagement and conversion.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in HubSpot and other CRM platforms with experience in developing and executing email automation programs.
- Manage day-to-day execution of automated email program, ensuring timely and relevant communication throughout the lifecycle journey.
- Create and maintain audience segments for targeted personalized campaigns.
- Track, monitor, and analyze email performance and share key findings with stakeholders.
- Partner with data team to identify key data sources needed to build out new audiences / triggers, working cross-functionally to implement.
- Drive ongoing optimization through A / B testing.
- Manage existing email workflows - monitoring results and making recommendations for improvements.
- Support in creating engaging content that effectively communicates the value of our services and products.
- Stay up to date on email best practices / trends.
Requirements
- 2-4 years or relevant email marketing experience (B2B / B2C)
- Strong analytical skills
- Some graphic design experience
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
