Are you a highly skilled Financial Analyst looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our outstanding team, supporting our Supply Chain.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a company that is constantly innovating and creating products that bring joy to millions of children around the world.

You'll play a crucial role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights to our supply chain operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of financial processes and deliver world-class financial analysis.

This role can be based in RI or remotely in the United States.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Create and update financial models to assess the implications of supply chain initiatives.
  • Work with supply chain teams to develop and analyze meaningful metrics for performance assessment.
  • Collaborate with supply chain partners to develop accurate forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and provide financial guidance to Supply Chain teams.
  • Identify areas of risk and implement strategies to mitigate them
  • Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and controls

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing financial analysis and reporting processes
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
