Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, progressive person to lead our company from a product support and product training perspective.

This person should be a self-starter, self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and outgoing with the ability to build long-term relationships with our customers, potential customers and staff members.

An ideal candidate will have a background in Product Training and / or Product Support.

Duties include but are not limited to :

  • Lead all technical support work
  • Develop product sales training
  • Train current staff and customers
  • Assist in product technical support
  • Product troubleshooting
  • Develop service and technical support training
  • Assist in developing competitive product support comparisons
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of product manuals
  • Assist in the management of any online support materials including online procurement portals
  • Others to be assigned

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Associate degree
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with solid IT skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • 2-5 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
