JLL Capital Markets has launched a global analyst development program. The program is designed to accelerate the analyst to producer career progression and create a community of global analysts to promote inclusivity.

HR has partnered with the business to develop the first phase of the training content, and producers will assist in delivery of the training to ensure the greatest practical impact.

The successful candidate for this role will have strong operational and project management experience. Candidate will be able to navigate global stakeholders and influence decisions around early career development.

The ideal Candidate will have a keen understanding of the Capital Markets business to make recommendations on content and curriculum building that are relevant and suitable to the global business.

They will be responsible for any change requirements related to the program and work with Comms to ensure appropriate messaging.

Ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience working in a global, matrixed environment, delivering large programs and driving positive outcomes for the business.

Prior experience working on early career recruiting and or training and development is desirable. Previous experience in investment banking or management consulting is a plus.

Role Responsibilities :

Program Development and Management :

  • Help to develop and articulate a long-term strategic vision for the Global Training Program that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Proactively identify and anticipate business needs for analyst development, considering future skill requirements and changes in industry trends.
  • Lead the maintenance of a global analyst training curriculum that reflects industry best practices, market demands, and future trends within CM.
  • Lead curriculum design and development, ensuring that training modules equip analysts with the critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic skills needed to become high-performing producers.
  • Work with our L&D Team to design and develop engaging training materials, resources, and activities that cater to different learning styles and achieve desired program outcomes.
  • Implement project management best practices, developing a comprehensive project plan, monitoring progress, and addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Ensure the training program prepares analysts for a smooth transition into production roles, supporting the goal of moving analysts into production faster.

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationships :

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, regional partners, and other key stakeholders to drive engagement of the CM Analyst Development Program in key geographies.
  • Connect with stakeholders regularly to gain insights into their unique requirements and expectations, ensuring alignment and customization of the program to meet diverse regional needs while maintaining a cohesive global framework.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and partnership to secure organizational support and resources for program enhancements and expansion.

Data-Driven Decision Making and Continuous Improvement :

  • Develop evaluation methods and criteria to assess the effectiveness and impact of the program.
  • Implement a data management system to track and analyze program data, including participant feedback, performance metrics, and career progression outcomes.
  • Continuously assess program impact, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement evidence-based strategies to enhance the program's outcomes and its alignment with business objectives.
  • Regularly report program metrics and insights to stakeholders, showcasing achievements, and identifying areas for further development.

Strategic Partnerships and Talent Pipeline Development :

  • Work with our early careers TA team to foster strategic partnerships with external organizations, universities, industry associations, and thought leaders to enhance the CMG Analyst Development Program and tap into diverse talent pools.
  • Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to identify, attract, and onboard high-potential candidates and develop a robust talent pipeline that supports the growth and success of the program.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in talent development, program management, or a similar role, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or financial banking.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of individuals.
  • Deep understanding of commercial real estate concepts, financial analysis, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering successful talent development programs.
  • Strong Program management skills, with experience delivering large programs across a global matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is :

100,000.00 140,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
