Optomi, in partnership with a premier client in the entertainment industry, is seeking a Web Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
Job Summary :
The Web Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of sustainment projects focused on the client’s web platforms, managing concurrent tasks with quick turnaround times and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with product managers to capture requirements, manage resource forecasts, and assist in project budgeting and financial oversight.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in web development or content management, be adept at juggling multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Familiarity with JIRA and Smartsheet is preferred to streamline project planning and tracking.
Must-Have Skills / Requirements :
- 4 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, leading cross-functional teams within an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end project budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to manage 6 10 projects concurrently.
- Experience supporting web-based initiatives, including marketing campaigns, web page development, and / or content management (experience with any CMS acceptable)
- Proficiency in Jira for tracking and managing project tasks.
Nice to Have Skills / Requirements :
- Familiarity with additional tools, including Smartsheet and Clarity PPM.
- Knowledge of web processes, event, and offer management.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and capable of being "scrappy" with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
- Experience working in Scrum teams and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with PPM tools and experience managing budgets of $5M+.
- Proven skill in overseeing sustainment projects and leveraging project planning tools to manage and execute projects effectively.
