Our client, a big player in the tourism and travel industry, is seeking a junior level graphic designer with heavy social media experience to join their team for a long-term contract opportunity with potential to go FTE.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of graphic design experience and a portfolio showcasing social media design assets.
This position will be hybrid and based out of the Plantation office. This growing team is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to create social media content focused on paid social campaigns, particularly for platforms like Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram.
The ideal candidate will be adept at photo editing, color correction, and maintaining brand composition, with strong organizational skills for file management.
Rate : $30-33 / hr, full time hours
Responsibilities :
- Design templated, still-image content for social media platforms, primarily Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.
- Select appropriate assets and images for posts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Occasionally create light animation, such as GIF stickers, for enhanced social media engagement.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, especially in social media.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Google Drive for asset management.
- Skills in color correction, grading, layout composition, and file organization.
- Experience in the travel industry (in-house or agency, e.g., cruise, hotel, airline).
- Familiarity with After Effects for basic animations.
