This role allows flexibilityand a balanced blend of inperson and remote work ensuring ourpatients receive the best care while our team enjoys a worklifeharmony.

Schedule : 40hours / week (60%Remote) Choose your days and hours. 2 onsite visits required perweek remaining hours are completed remotely viatelehealth.

WorkWindow : Flexible

Compensation : Pay Rate : $50.00$53.00 perhour based onexperience

TravelReimbursement : Paid at the same hourly ratefor time traveling to and from thefacility

Atleast 1 year of clinical experience ispreferred.

Responsibilitiesfor the RegisteredDietitian :

• Coordinatenutritional care of residents and patients by completingnutritionalassessments
• Experienceworking with tubefeedings
• Providenutritional counseling and education for residents andfamily
• MeetDOH / state / federal regulations and companystandards
• Performduties independently without training ordirection

Requirements : Candidates must be registered by the Commission on DieteticRegistration

• Experienceproviding general nutrition education (IE weight loss weightgain)
• Strongoral and written communicationskills
• Experiencewith electronic chartingsystems
• Familiaritywith state survey process and compliance to nutrition careregulations
