Job Description :
- BA / BS from an accredited college or university, a paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited school (or any equivalent combination of related experience, training, and / or education), plus five or more years of experience as a paralegal which should preferably be in-house for a corporation.
- Paralegal Certificate, CLA / CP Certification or equivalent paralegal experience.
- Familiar with anti-kickback, HIPAA, and medical device industry.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and the Internet.
