We’re looking to hire a Publishing Specialist (contract) for a financial service firm that helps millions of investors worldwide pursue their real-life goals.
You’ll join the Creative Team to creative and execute presentation materials for internal and external users.
- The role is located in Los Angeles California
- Hybrid Onsite 3x a week
- 40 hours for 6 months +
Responsibilities :
- As a Publishing Specialist, you will provide your skills and talents to update data, format, layout, design and content for print, PDF and presentation materials in PowerPoint using the Seismic platform.
- Update and create charts, graphs, templates to be used in communications materials, websites, and / or presentations.
- Customize materials while applying brand, style and data presentation guidelines.
Requirements :
- 1-3 yrs experience working in a creative corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 (advanced), Microsoft Excel (intermediate; Charting Skills.
- Portfolio of work samples required.
- Strong detail orientation, process orientation, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse team members across business units.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and the investment industry or other highly regulated industry (pharma, legal). Perks & Benefits :

- To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
