LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a top healthcare client in LOUISVILLE, KY to fill a Sr. Manager Revenue Cycle Business Partner position.

The Revenue Cycle Business Partner is responsible for providing operational and analytical support to the revenue cycle management.

This individual will also collaborate with clinical operations, IT, affiliated hospitals, and the Central Billing Office, to improve revenue process efficiency and performance.

The position offers health, dental and vision insurance options, paid vacation, sick days, holidays and 401K with employer match.

Compensation will be based on experience and ranges from $73-$95K.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, or related field, required
  • Experience with financial data analysis and forecasting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with expertise in Excel
  • Experience with Epic or similar system
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills
  • Experience with general medical billing processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Perform job duties in concert with the values of the organization and demonstrate personal integrity
  • Work independently
  • Interact across all levels of the organization
  • Experience analyze large sets of data
  • Ability to identify trends and offer solutions

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth analysis of data, such as AR, denials, and reimbursement trends, to support decisions impacting revenue cycle
  • Communicate, in oral and written formats, results of this analysis with appropriate stakeholders

Develop tools and methodologies to monitor, analyze and forecast revenue cycle trends

  • Development and evaluation of leading financial indicators, including benchmark performance through FPSC Revenue Cycle Suite where possible
  • Develop in-depth understanding of corporate revenue cycle processes
  • Identify opportunity areas to streamline revenue cycle processes and develop strategies
  • Provide support for the implementation of new revenue cycle processes and procedures
  • Assist with revenue cycle improvement projects
  • Make data-supported recommendations for improving revenue cycle performance
