Position Summary :
Seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to optimize manufacturing workflows and manage resources effectively in a dynamic production environment.
Position Requirements :
- Bachelor s Degree (BS / BA) or Associate s Degree with equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment focusing on scheduling, line supervision, industrial engineering, or production
- Willingness to work 5 days a week in an office / shop floor setting
- Familiarity with MRP and scheduling systems
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office software beneficial
- Understanding of welding and fabrication processes advantageous
Specific Areas of Responsibility :
- Schedule workflow in Inspection & Assembly and Repair of basket components
- Forecast and ensure on-time completion dates for parts
- Provide detailed scheduling at various work centers
- Manage raw part inventories and ensure availability at point of use
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors for accurate work prioritization
- Facilitate planning and scheduling of non-conformance rework
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage all tasks directly involved in production preparation, considering order situations, stock levels, production capacities, and more for optimal production sequence
- Complete necessary production documentation and data for each production order
- Oversee material calls for timely order commencement
- Micro-manage production sequences for optimal resource utilization
- Monitor workflow to reflect current production status in system
- Coordinate material movements between production units for optimal production runs
- Contribute to effective teamwork by maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders involved in the production process
Pay Details : $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
