Position Summary :

Seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to optimize manufacturing workflows and manage resources effectively in a dynamic production environment.

Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor s Degree (BS / BA) or Associate s Degree with equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment focusing on scheduling, line supervision, industrial engineering, or production
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week in an office / shop floor setting
  • Familiarity with MRP and scheduling systems
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office software beneficial
  • Understanding of welding and fabrication processes advantageous

Specific Areas of Responsibility :

  • Schedule workflow in Inspection & Assembly and Repair of basket components
  • Forecast and ensure on-time completion dates for parts
  • Provide detailed scheduling at various work centers
  • Manage raw part inventories and ensure availability at point of use
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors for accurate work prioritization
  • Facilitate planning and scheduling of non-conformance rework

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage all tasks directly involved in production preparation, considering order situations, stock levels, production capacities, and more for optimal production sequence
  • Complete necessary production documentation and data for each production order
  • Oversee material calls for timely order commencement
  • Micro-manage production sequences for optimal resource utilization
  • Monitor workflow to reflect current production status in system
  • Coordinate material movements between production units for optimal production runs
  • Contribute to effective teamwork by maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders involved in the production process

Pay Details : $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
