Shift : MF 6 am2.30 pm.
Training : Training will be 46weeks days and hours will vary must be open to train
Contract : 29 weeks / 40 guaranty hrs.
Pay Rate : $65 / hr onW2 Biweekly
Duties / Responsibilitiesshall include but are not limited to :
- Organize provide and maintain necessary healthcare servicesconsistent with CCHCS policies and procedures;
- Conduct basic hygiene and nursing care including administration ofprescribed medications and the therapeutic effects treatments anddisease prevention as ordered by the physician;
- Collect information regarding patient status and report the resultsto the Primary Care Provider (PCP) or RN in a timelymanner;
- Provide patient / youth education andaccurately document care in the approved format noting and carryingout physicians orders;
- Administer / assist withtherapeutic measures and treatments;
- Clean andmaintain equipment;
- Obtain specimens fordiagnostic testing as ordered;
- Assist the RNand PCP with clinic appointments; e.g. physical exams minorsurgeries casting identifying minor illnesses;
- Assist mental health professionals by contributing to the treatmentplanning process and the formal evaluation of patient / youthprogress by monitoring and recording observed patientbehavior;
Participate in the training ofpatient / youth in activities of daily living and assist in routinetreatments; and
Document in the patient / youthhealth record the nursing care and treatment provided andthe
patient / youth response to facilitate thecontinuity of care and communicate to other healthcareproviders
